Neocom -> Battle Finder -> R2 your way to the Corporation tab -> Battle should say Pending until it starts, then it says Now -> Click join Voila, hope that helps?

Also sent an email about this, but for reference. I have 10+1(me) members in my corporation, if I try to accept a new application, it just disconnects me from the game and I have to re-logon. And yes, I have the required skills.
